Rainbow Girls is the brainchild of Bella Jackson. It is the story of four girls (and a dog) and their adventures in a colorful world.
Purple is the main protagonist of the story. She comes from the grey world. A place that is bland and limited. Full of neurotypical thinkers and their banal expectations. Purple finds it challenging to navigate this world, for her mind so full of brilliant colors, dynamic dreams, exciting stories.
Everything changes for her the day she meets Blue – a girl from a different world – a world of rainbows. Special friendships emerge as she meets the other girls from that land. Being with other exceptional girls brings out new aspects of each girl. Together, they uncover their gifts. Purple finds she has abilities she never had before. She becomes blessed with the power of organization. She can take any mess, any chaos, and create calm.
Blue has power over water… she can master anything to do with water.
Yellow has a magic way with animals and babies.
Pink is lightning fast.
Brown is Purple’s dog. A friendly, tail-wagging, face-licking friend to all the girls. When he meets Yellow… he learns to speak.
